Palpitations
Has anybody been feeling palpitations? I don't remember happening during my first pregnancy but with this one, I'm feeling them regularly. I told my midwife about it and she said my pulse and blood pressure are good, and she just recommended me to practice breathing techniques and keep well hydrated, but I'm still experiencing them

Re: Palpitations
I've always had palpitations even before I was pregnant. I find that I need to walk away from whatever I'm doing, take deep breaths and drink more water.
I mentioned it to my doc as well and she said that everything has been normal. So nothing to worry about and that I should continue what I have been doing when I get them

I guess deep breaths and drink more water does help, huh?

I'll be 34 weeks tomorrow. What really scares me is that I'll start having them when I go into labor, since I'm tempting a vbac, I wanna be as relax as possible but I'm afraid I won't be able to if I start feeling them

yes! I keep having this every once in a while too. The smallest extra exertions have been causing it so just try to relax when they happen. Mine never last that long. Try not to fret : (As long as your blood pressure and baby heart rate are good when you get it all checked like they told me mine were.)
