YES. It is a PITA. It told me I only had 15 points when I logged in and then told me to log in again. The second time, it recognized my real point total.

for days now...cant get on to redeem my codes, it freezes up and doesnt let me past the sign in screen im ready to call pampers ..i have like 197 points i wanted to maybe use them for shutterfly pics...is anyone else having this problem? am i the only one?

Yes I have the same problem!!! It keeps asking me to login over and over and opens up so many windows!!!
