Pampers Pull-Ups vs feel N learn...
what's the difference?
Are pull ups just diapers that look like panties?
do the pull ups REALLY aid in potty training???

I just saw a commercial for pull ups that are boxers for boys and girls. It was on last night. Has no relation to your post really, just thought I'd add.

Re: Pampers Pull-Ups vs feel N learn...
Don't the feel n learn have a cold sensation when they pee so it's uncomfortable for them and they know they went? I feel like the pull-ups are just pull on diapers. I could be wrong since my DS is not potty training and I don't have experience, but that is what I thought.

JMO, but don't do pull ups! if you really want her to learn, just go out and get her underwear.

Pull-ups supposedly have a barrier so they feel if they are wet. With DS, it didn't work at all. He didn't start caring about potty training until we started using real underpants.

We were doing the pullups but too much like diapers, I bit the bullet and bought her big girl panties.

Those are for older kids, they are called Goodnights.
Pull up's are glorified diapers. They don't help with potty training at all IMO. I would get the thick Gerber underwear and then put a pair of rubber pants over them.
