Paneer
Where can I buy pre-made paneer? I have a huge craving. I live in Quens. Can I get it at whole foods?
Thanks

Re: Paneer
I've had it from Trader Joes and I know most supermarkets carry in the ethnic aisle.
ETA: it's mixed though typically with spinach.
I bet if you went to Hicksville you could find it solo.
Not sure of the stores/hoods in Queens anymore as I haven't lived there for awhile.

Re: Paneer
Do you just want the cheese, or the saag paneer dish (spinach and cheese)?
If you just want the cheese, try the Indian supermarkets in Jackson Heights or Ozone Park.
If you want a frozen version of the saag paneer, you can try Trader Joe's, Whole Foods or a larger Stop & Shop.
Personally though...I'd order it from an Indian restaurant. The frozen stuff is so salty and you'll have it nice and fresh instead!

I want the actual cheese. Thanks for the suggestions.
