I just noticed yesterdaythere building something right next to white castle in front of the mall that might be it.

Nope- thats a bank. (I work in a construction related field so I have a bit of a heads up)
I would assume it will be either where Pizzeria Uno's was or where Ruby Tuesday's was. I'm not sure though.
