When wearing flats or heels, do you wear regular pantyhose, knee highs or nothing at all?

I wear flats with dress pants at work. I wear knee highs with them. I also have flats that I wear over the weekend and I don't wear anything at all.

for work i wear knee highs with heels or flat, panty hose with a skirt. In the summer I can get away with no knee highs but I usually wear them with closed toe shoes anyway.

Knee-hi's with trousers and either heels or dress flats.
Hose when I am wearing a skirt or dress.
Nothing when we go summer casual.

95% of the time I don't wear anything. Sometimes in the winter I will wear black hose.
