I am taking mine through Realbirth. They have 2 locations 1 in Chelsea and 1 in midtown. Visit their website for dates and times, www.realbirth.com They offer a 2 day weekend course or you can go every Thursday night for a month. My friend took the weekend course she said it was great, that is what we are doing.
I'm doing their 5week one right now and loving it. They offer a package with lamaze, BF & newborn care classes for like $350 total- I'm doing the whole thing.

thanks ladies.
stupid question. are the breastfeeding and newborn classes after you have given birth? I live in queens and work in midtown so I'm okay with going to the lamaze classes while PG in midtown but I'm sure if I'd want to trek to the city after giving birth.

Not stupid at all- I'm due in mid-Feb, I'm taking both classes in Jan. They're meant to help you prepare so that you're less lost when you start breastfeeding & you're (theoretically) ready for that 1st diaper or bath.

Mount Saini St. Luke's St. John's Elmhurst Hospital
All of the hospitals offer them basically. I went to St. Luke's for my classes (not lamaze, but other ones, but that did offer lamaze)
