Paris and Louis Vuitton
Has anyone purchased a Louis Vuitton bag from Paris? Is there a big price difference??

there used to be- but with the euro being so strong - it's not a huge difference anymore
but if you are going to be there anyway- I would hit the store
( I wish it was still like it was 5 or 6 years ago- I got a great Gucci bag in Rome for $240 USD that sold here for $595- and in a color that they never imported to the US)

The euro ruined the deals, but there are a few bags that are not exported to the US. So you might be able to get an "exclusive."

Exactly. The prices are set by LV, so you only deal with the FX (currently) exchange rate.

I sooo wanted to go into the louis store when I was there. That was about 2 summers ago and they were renovating the place! The whole outside was just one big Louis bag. The others girls are right though, the euro is very close to the US $ your not going to save much!
