PART-TIME NIGHT job recommendation??!
My husband is currenly looking to get a second job after his regular work hours! Does anyone have any ideas or recommendations for a job with hours from 7 p.m. on?! Thank you!!!

Costco, bjs, sams club, supermarket
Kohls, Target, Wal-Mart, Kmart
Hotel maintenance, front desk
cab driver, dispatcher
Waiter, bus boy, bartender
Pizza delivery or any other take out delivery
If he has any skills..handyman, painter, mechanic, lawn

A lot of retail and restaurants want people who can come in starting around 4PM because of dinner shift or how the shifts are scheduled at the supermarket.
It's tough in general finding something after 7PM if you work F/T during the day......most people want you there when the daytime shift ends ;).
I know people going through this personally.

In the past my DH has done asset protection / security in dept stores and supermarkets. He also worked in a gym doing check in/ and cleaning duties there. HTH & good luck!!!

I actually don't find that to be true at all. I work pt at night at home depot & plenty of people start at 6, 7, 8, even 10 pm
I know the same holds true for other warehouse type jobs because I have a friends dh who works at one and he goes after work. My evening crew works 8-midnight Monday through friday. My ft night crew typically works 8 pm - 6 am.
Another friend does security at a local high school that holds adult classes, play practices, etc. He works 7- midnight and doe s the lockup.
There are plenty of opportunities, you just have to keep your eyes open and ears open.

I guess it depends. It may also be helpful to not say you are employed F/T during the day, as I know you are not looked at as a reliable employee.
They turn a lot of people down at my own job for this reason. (i.e. experience has shown that people will call out if they are tired, not put as much effort into their 2nd job since it's not their primary income).
