Party Help - Beer Drinkers??
Hi,
As most of you know, I am having Ava's 1st Birthday party.
We are having 25 men.... How many cases of beer should I have (24 packs)?? I was thinking 4, but should I have 5??? We have a few drinkers... Please give me some advice.

Id say 4 is great. Some people may bring something themselves if they plan to drink.

I would do 5. Just dont put them all on ice. THis way if you dont use it it wont go to waste. beer can last a while but you can ice it then let it go warm.

I would go for 5 cases of 26, that would give each guy 4...which seems like a lot, but some women might want a beer too, so you want to make sure there is extra for everyone. Hope you get great weather!

TO PAY FOR 5 CASES... YOU MIGHT JUST WANT TO THINK ABOUT GETTING A KEG? PROBUBLY THE SAME AMOUNT OF $$ AND YOU WONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT NOT HAVING ENOUGH... OR CLEANING THE CANS AFTERWARDS OR PICKING UP BOTTLE CAPS IF YOU PLANNED ON GETTING BOTTLES

don't forget that these people will be driving and you don't want them drinking too much....
I'd get 4 or 5 but don't put it all out....leave 2 cases in reserve

I agree, Kegs are much more cost efficient, plus you dont want to run out of beer in the middle of party

Thanks, everyone.
You are right about driving.. I got 5 cases on sale, really good price. $10.99 (after rebate) for Miller Lite.
I am only going to put out 3 and if we need more, I will have it, but you made a good point about driving. :)
