Party Ideas for 3 Year Old
We're having a party for Delaney's 3rd birthday (it's not until February) but I'm starting to think about it.
Can anyone suggest a good place other than Chucky Cheese for a 3 year old party?

We're having Michael's 2nd birthday party at the gymnastics center in our neighborhood...
Other places I considered were Woodland Kingdom & White Post Farms (they do winter parties)...
What about a craft place where they get those ceramic things to paint or a local ice cream parlor and have an ice cream party?

I had my younger daughter's three year old party (last year) at Little Gym in Smithtown (they also have one in Huntington). It was great for that age group because the kids were very active with things that were age appropriate.
I have also done parties at Party Palace, Flips, the Ellwood movie theatre and a cooking place. However, I think that for three year olds Little Gym or a Wood Kingdom type party is a good bet.

The Ice Cream Party Shoppe (Smithtown) - just went to a 3rd b-day there and it was a great time!

I forgot, I have also had a party at The Ice Cream Party Shop, probably 4 years ago, and was very happy. I have also been to many parties there and have always had a good experience.

I've done:
Wood Kingdom
Elwood Movie Theater (VERY inexpensive)
Plastercraft Warehouse - this went over very well
Build a Bear/Stuffed Animal Place - in Greenlawn. Kids loved it, place was so-so IMO.

Thanks. I was thinking of either the Ice Cream Parlor in Smithtown too or Plaster Funcraft because I know both have dancing too and Delaney loves to dance.
Does anyone know "around" how much these parties are?
