Party menu help needed

DH and I are having a holiday/housewarming party next week. We are planning to have a 6ft. hero, baked ziti, meatballs, hors d'ouvers, and dessert/coffee. We know that we need another meat & side dish for the buffet, but can't really decide what. Any suggestions?

What does everybody think about chicken & broccoli? There's a yummy recipe on the "recipes" board.

I made something like this for my son's baptism and it was delicious and different from your normal party fare:
Spinach Stuffed Chicken

You can easily make it all and then cook right before the party
