Party outdoors this Sunday, high of 60 degress...Too cold do you think?

I was planning on having everyone eat inside because I thought the weather would be too chilly. The weather is saying a high of 60 degrees for this Sunday. I'm having the party mid day 12 pm. Do you think it would be too cold for people to eat outside? What would you do? I don't mind people eating inside but if it's going to be nice out and I can keep the party outdoors I'd like to. I'm just not sure if 60 degrees is still cold. What do you think?

I think it will be fine...I wish we were having Frankie's Birthday party on Sunday!! Saturday call for rain...
