1 can Scungilli
Lemon Juice
3-4 cloves of garlic
Oil
28 oz can of crushed Tomatoes
Pasta

1. Drain 1 can of scungilli. Let sit in lemon juice.Cut up.

2.Put Garlic cloves in oil and Microwave for 3 minutes and 45 seconds On high. If not browned cook for another 30-45 seconds uncovered.

3.Put 28oz can of crushed tomatoes in garlic and oil and cook for 20 minutes covered on high.

4. Put scungilli in and cook for 10 more minutes covered on high

Serve over Pasta
