patchogue main street
someone at work told me that this weekend is one of the weekends they close down main street for alive after 5...but when I did a search for Patchogue is listed the dates as next weekend.
I saw the blimp over Main Street yesterday...does anyone know if something is going on there this weekend?

They normally do it every other week on Friday nights. I think it was last weekend. Call the Brickhouse if you have any questions, theya re on main st and normally head the whole thing.

This weekend they have some fair down by the water. I don't know the exact name of it...but something
like "The great south bay ______" DH and I walked down there last night...it's 10 bucks to get in...they have live bands playing....rides for the kids...all the food vendors like a fair has...as well as vedors that sell stuff....We did not go INTO the fair just walked around it.
If you google Great South Bay...somethign should come up.

It's the Great South Bay Music Festival, it was in Newsday yesterday.
