Grey's Anatomy hunk Patrick Dempsey and his wife are expecting a second child, his publicist confirms to Star. "Me and my wife, Jillian, are excited to expand our family," Dempsey told The New York Daily News' Ben Widdicombe. Dempsey, 40, who plays Dr. Derek "McDreamy" Shepherd on Grey's, married Jillian in 1999 and the couple have a daughter, Talula, 4.
