Pay for learning pod
How much would you think is fair per hour for a learning pod?
Recent college graduate, working with 3-4 kids on the days they are home.

elementary education - she still has one test left to take, hasnt found a perm job yet.
I am not sure of hours yet, but I am estimating about 4 each day/ 4 kids in the pod. 2nd grade material.
