paying for follistim out of pocket
Where does everyone get their follistim if you don't have coverage? NSUH recommends Kraupner's but I just had a bad experience with them,
TIA

Try Freedom Fertility Pharmacy
http://www.freedomfertility.com/
Might be a bit cheaper and they're very easy to work with. They have some prices on their website.

Re: paying for follistim out of pocket
I was on Follistim my 1st OOP cycle and did use Kraupners (its quite pricey )
For my 2nd cycle I was switched to Bravelle (much much less $$) and got the same results and a BFP which resulted in my DD....
Just make sure your RE knows your drugs are OOP, he may be able to change your meds...
Also, the nurses at my RE's office always had donated back meds on hand that they supplemeted me with which was a HUGE help...After receiving my BFP, payed it forward with my leftover meds..
Good luck

Re: paying for follistim out of pocket
From what I have heard, Alexander's Twin Pharmacy in New Jersey has the cheapest prices on Follistism while Freedom has the best prices on Gonal-F.
