Re: Pcos and Pregnant
Congratulations on your pregnancy.
I never knew there were levels of PCOS.
I have a question about your post.
Are you saying Clomid was the key?
Or resting in peace?

Re: Pcos and Pregnant
Ummm....if your husband and you don't know the key, how could you tell us. Believe me, I wish I knew since I've been trying for over three years with PCOS
But thank you for popping over here to tell us you are pregnant - I guess congratulations are in order.

Re: Pcos and Pregnant
Congratulations on your pregnancy.
IMO There is no key to getting pregnant with PCOS but perhaps a stroke of luck and/or a few good dr's and medications. Relaxing won't do the trick.

Re: Pcos and Pregnant
Wow...you have got to be kidding me. I'm sorry this is going to come off nasty but this is like some kind of sick joke.
The women on this board are going through IUI's and IVF with injections, daily sonograms, daily blood work, etc. and you come over here to say "relax".
I am not even 100% sure how to respond to this...I wish it were so easy. I have gone through two years of treatments and six months of Clomid prior to beginning full treatments. I have been hospitalized and tested until the cows come home, but you pop over here out of nowhere and tell me to put a pillow under my legs
And there are others here who have gone through much, much worse...
Please, do me a favor and leave the medical advice to doctors. Thank you.

Re: Pcos and Pregnant
OK I have to say something...everyone on this board is way past the initial TTC stage. All the couples on this board are dealing with a Medical issue and no amount of relaxing, vacations, etc is going to help. At this stage, we all need DR's and treatments to help us get pregnant so I resent the fact that someone can come here and tell us to relax and it will happen. NO amount of relaxing is going to make my husbands varicoceles disappear and his count to sykrocket. Only surgery will do that. Yes miracles do happen but IMO if God wants them to...not because we relax.

Re: Pcos and Pregnant
I was referring to only pcos patients, Not other medical problems. With pcos there is a chance of pregnancy slightly, I was trying to tell you my sitatuion, and trying to help, as pcos is serious as other medical conditions.
some people took it the wrong way, and i am sorry, as I myself have had years of problems concieving, using clomid, miscarriage, IUI etc, and have heared other stories.
I have nothing more to say.

I read your post last night and quite frankly I was too tired to get up the head of steam that was needed to reply. IF you visited & contributed to this board regularly you would understand that all of us here are unable to get pregnant naturally, no amount of relaxation or a stack of pillows is going to help. If you can't say anything positive, understanding & KIND then please don't say anything atall
