Peanut Butter..
Do you eat it or not? I haven't asked my dr. but even my dh is saying to try and avoid it. I haven't had it, but, I miss it.

i think only if there is a history of food allergies in your family...I love it and have been using it as a good source of protein....yummy on a wheat bagel for breakfast!!

In Fit Pregnancy there was an article that said any peanuts or peanut butter can cause allergies but I dont know how true it really is. I would ask your doctor!

The only thing that I've read about it is that if you have a family history of peanut allergies, you should avoid it. But otherwise it is ok.

I ate it all the time. I don't personally believe that eating too many peanuts while PG causes a peanut allergy in the baby. JMO

It varies Dr to Dr. My Dr said it was fine to eat, but a girl I work withs Dr told her not to eat it (she has no history of peanut allergies). I couldn't live without peanut butter it is one of the few things I can eat
