Pediatrician in the suffolk county area..??
Hello,
I am moving to the Ronkonkoma nesconset area and I am looking for a good pediatrician in the Nesconset, Hauppauge or Smithtown area. Any suggestions??

mid suffolk pediatrics is a popular one....they are on motor pkwy in happauge. My uncle is one of the Dr's there.

Commack Pediatric Partners are wonderful. 2 doctor moms always call you back and will get you in immediately if need be. We love them! www.commackpediatricpartners.com

I go here and love them..I go to the Mt. Sinai location..they are very nice and this is after I switched from Kid's First in Port Jeff..

and he is a very nice Dr! I go to the Mt Sinai office but when she is sick on the weekends I take her to the Hauppauge office. I like that they are open 7 days a week and when I take her to the Hauppauge office there is a pharmacy right across the hall so I can get her prescription filled.

We use Smithtown Pediatrics for my son and Stony Brook Pediatrics for my daughter.
I like Stony Brook because they have the student come in and do everything, then the doctor comes in and does it again. I feel like they are extra thorough there since it's a teaching hospital/practice. I don't like that it takes forever to get copies of immunization records though!

We go here too thanks to the recommendations that I got from this board Love them!
I had called the one in Hauppage on Motor Pkwy as well to set up a pre-natal appointment - they told me only the Office manager could set up the appointment for me and it took them 3 weeks to call me back

We use the Mt. Sinai office too, and have had nothing but good experiences so far (we've seen 2 doctors there so far).
