Peeing through diaper at night..Again...
DS is almost 14 months old and has been STTN for a while now. For the past week or so, he has been peeing through his overnight diaper. I went up to size 6 the other night and it still is happening. Yesterday I cut back on his juice/water. Only gave him two 4 oz sippy cups instead of 6 oz. And I stopped giving him juice at 4pm. He still gets 4 bottles a day because he is still on Elecare formula. I make four 7 oz bottles throughout the day. He only drinks all of his morning and night bottles though. Should I cut out a bottle during the day or just decrease the amount of them? Maybe give him 5 oz instead.. He drinks the most during the day. In the evening, he gets 2 jars of baby food around 6 an a bottle at bed. Usually around 8-830pm. I have made sure his peepee is down, his diaper is snug, everything... I can't imagine why he is doing it now again. Has been a while since he has been peed up to the neck everyday for over a week...

Try an overnite diaper and put in an insert for good measure.
Good luck!
They will pee less at nite as they get older. DS used to pee through his diaper too around that age but stopped when he got closer to 18 mos.

Where is the diaper leaking from? the top or the legs? I found that putting it much higher in the front helps stop DS from leaking.

I've been having this problem with DS also (although he is 27 months). He has been in size 6 overnights for awhile now and recently keeps peeing through them, even if I limit fluids. I ended up trying the Pampers BabyDry and they seem to hold all night- I was shocked!! So maybe give them a try?

We've been having the same problem for a few weeks w/our 15m old DS. His diaper gets so overly full (up front/at the top) that it "explodes" and he gets those Dry Max "crystals" all over him
He still wears size 4 Cruisers during the day, but I upped him to size 5 Pampers Baby Dry during the night. When the bigger size just continued to fill up & then explode I switched him to the Pampers Extra Protection overnights
You might want to try these. It's definitely gotten better, but even with these we have occasional "explosions" of the the diaper itself. I'm going to stick with it a while longer and then maybe try another brand overnight.

I use those during the day. I will try them in a sze 6...I currently use Huggies overnights. He has been leaking out the right side up top. Use to be the left side. I have tried Luvs, didn't work, I also have Pampers Extra Protection in size 5's. Didn't work. Fisher Price Overnights don't work either..I am going nuts. I don't have a washer or dryer so he is going through tons of pj's....
