People are nuts....
Im covering in another branch today. Lady comes in and asks for the manager who left for a meeting (we have someone else covering who is at lunch)
She asks me if I am the manager while im on the phone WITH A CUSTOMER. I tell her to hold on one minute. Finish up with my customer (I was saying good bye when she asked me this)
Go to her and say im sorry I am not the manager she left for a meeting.... but Maybe I can help you with something. She says I am supposed to pick something up today. So I tell her ok let me look for it. Hold on for a minute. I go to the file cabinet and before I could get it open she tells me LOUDLY "can you help me" UMMM I AM  I didn't even get the drawer to file cabinet open yet.
Someone who works here over hears but is with a customer. He asks his customer to hold on for a moment and goes over to get the stuff nasty lady needed.... And as he is opening her drawer she asks me to call the manager AT HOME  UMMM I told you she was a meeting and even if she wasn't NO WAY would I call her at home for you!

After she asked me to "help her" and I already was I quietly sat down and just shrugged my shoulders.
