When do you feel most beautiful?
Right after I’ve worked out and I’m sweating all over the place and my face is two different colors of white and red and my hair is half wet, half dry and I look like I’m about to have a heart attack. I feel like I’ve changed the shape of my body temporarily into something more flexible and strong.

When do you feel least beautiful?
When someone makes a really snap judgment. It just feels below the belt. . . . You just feel kind of corroded and gross inside. I think that ends up reflecting on the way your face looks.

You love the natural look, but do you also love getting glam?
We as girls have that Cinderella fantasy of dress-up. So whenever you get the opportunity to have people make your face up and do your hair and put you in an outfit, it’s a fantasy. And it’s just so much fun and such a luxury.

How did your relationship with your looks change when you turned 30?
For some reason, since I turned 30 this little crew comes in the middle of the night and they sew little sausages under my eyes! I found some great new eye patches that are so awesome. They’re by Talika. They just take away the puffiness. You put them on for 20 minutes and they’re genius.

"My hair is such a disaster. I never blow-dry. I can't do my hair at all. It?s just a burden," admits the star ofThe Nanny Diaries. But the 22-year-old does like one specific part of her anatomy: "I think I have really good feet. They're cute!"

For Om-girl Aniston, 38, the benefits of yoga go beyond just a toned bod. "I've had everything from deep laughter to deep sadness, where I was crying through moves," she told Self magazine. "It's good to get that stuff out. You feel like you're having a therapy session, a workout and a meditation at the same time."

"The gray hairs certainly have come in the last few months," says the 41-year-old of the grey in his anatomy. But they've ceased to come in as quickly."

The Oscar-winning actress, now 40, explains how she looks better every year: "My choices today reflect the way I feel about myself – I'm happier than I've ever been and very comfortable being who and what I am. My current look is confident and sophisticated, with a bit of an edge but always comfortable."

The 35-year-old actress says 16-month-old Violet, her daughter with husband Ben Affleck, has changed the way the couple looks at themselves. "Ben and I like more things in ourselves that we now see reflected in Violet. To see my dimples in her makes me like my dimples because I share them with her."

"Hair to me is not a priority. All I ever do is throw it in a bun," admits the Grey's Anatomy star, 28. "The only thing I know how to do is hot rollers, which is sort of over. I can't style bangs even though I love them and I'm always like, 'Let's cut some bangs!' And then I'm stuck with hair I can't figure out."






Matthew McConaughey

"I can be pretty vain. Vanity's not so bad," admits the 37-year-old. "Look, do I work out because I like to look good? Yes, that part's vanity. Do I work out because it makes me feel better? Yes, and that's not vanity."

The actress and singer has one straightforward beauty goal: "I like to look good for Marc," she says of her husband, Marc Anthony. As for her beauty routine? "I don't use a lot of expensive creams," says Lopez, 37. "It's more simple: mild cleanser, sunscreen and lots of water."

"People in L.A. look too good to me. It's important to keep flaws," the 38-year-old Aussie says. In fact, the Lucky You star says his best look comes purely by accident: "I look my best when I take my helmet off after a long motorcycle ride. I have a glow and a bit of helmet hair."

"When I first started meeting with agents, I remember one immediately telling me all the things I had to change: I'd have to get my teeth fixed, lose weight," remembers the 30-year-old actress, next in Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer. "Then I met with another agent two weeks later who was like, 'You're perfect – let's start.' That's a good rule to follow: Go where the love is."






Pete Wentz

Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz, 27, admits that his sexy "guy-liner" look is assisted by his hard life on the road. "I get a ton of under-eye circles because I don't sleep. Usually I'll just put on more eye makeup and let it blur in."






Helen Mirren

The serene Queen explains how she stays sexy at 61: "Number one, I have never smoked. When you are young, you seem indestructible. As you get older, you realize how much it's helping you. I've never done anything to excess, really." She also thanks her "fundamentally sunny nature," saying, "unhappiness etches itself on one's face very quickly."






Reese Witherspoon

"Some people are effortlessly glamorous and sexy," the actress, 31, has told PEOPLE. "For me, a lot of that stuff is difficult." Still, her skin-care regimen sounds pretty easy: "I just wear a lot of sunscreen. That's it. Nothing more. I'm just lucky my grandma gave me great skin."





Wentworth Miller

The 34-year-old star of Prison Break reveals the downside of having a shorn identity. "I've been shaving my head on and off for years, but for a low-maintenance look, it takes a lot of maintenance – I have to cut it twice a week!"





Carrie Underwood

"I had a couple of freckles on my face that I didn't like, so I had them removed," admits the 24-year-old country star. "And I remember one kid said, 'Now I can't play connect-the-dots on your face anymore!' I'll never forget that."

I love Drew's personality, but I don't think she's pretty at all. Same for Reese Witherspoon.....cute but not pretty IMO.
Scarlett Johansen isn't all that.
Halle of course belongs there! I think Jennifer Garner can look really pretty when she's done up.
Helen Mirren is gorgeous and classy.

Eric Bana is HOT!!!!

I know Im going to be in the minority here but... I just dont find ANYTHING attractive about Reese Witherspoon. Her face is SO pointy
