People who take Xanax

ok, I did a stupid thing. Unfortunately for me, I had Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and have to take .5mg of Xanax a day. Last night, I had people over for dinner, and had 2 glasses of wine. (My Dr. said it's not advised to drink, because it can make you very sleepy, but it isnt harmful).

Well, today, I dont remember putting the salad out. I know this sounds really stupid. I know I did it, I just dont remember the physical act.

Then I look up Xanax, memory loss, and it says it's possible.


Im scared to death right now. Did I black out?

Has anyone ever experienced this before?

I dont think you have anything to worry about. I think this is normal even without drugs or alcohol. Ever drive somewhere and not remember anything about your trip when you realize you are there. Sounds like you had a good time. Leave it at that. 0.5mg is a very low dose.

I Took it for a time period of over a year when IW as like 22. I drank all the time on it. Your body builds up an immunity to it in a sense, so the alcohol should not have affected it. I think maybe you were just soooo wrapped up in what you were doing you forgot.

DO NOT WORRY!

Trust me, I have gotten plain old Drunk while on it, many times and Im fine now.
