Pepper Steak Recipes
Anyone have a good pepper steak recipe without soy sauce?
DH doesn't like soy sauce....

www.kraftfoods.com has loads of recipes. they should have one there for pepper steak.

I just made it last night without soy sauce. It's so easy. I brown the meat in olive oil first. Then drain it when i'ts done. Then add in ketchup and water (so it makes a sauce), some black pepper and chopped up onions and cook it for 1 hr and 30 minutes. At the end I put in green peppers for about 20 minutes. It was so good!
