peri sac hematoma, anyone have or know someone who had this?
I have 2 long weeks before I go back for a follow-up and hope it gets smaller. But I wondered if anyone had this and if it resolved and what they did.
I hear everything from complete bedrest to just taking it easy.

I just read:
A "subchorionic hematoma" is merely a sequestration of blood in the developing placenta. It does not cause a miscarriage, it usually has no effect on the fetus. We often put the patient on bedrest as long as she is bleeding, but the bleeding usually dissipates within weeks.
I am 99% positive this is what my friend had. She bleed her entire pregnancy and had a beautiful baby boy in the end.
Sorry you are going thorugh this...

I only spotted a few weeks ago. I hope it resolves on it's own, but I can't exercise

there was definitely someone on this board who had this, but it was a while back and she has probably given birth. i can't for the life of me remember who it was.
i would post this question on the parenting board, you might get more answers there.
