Period / Cycle Question (TMI)
I know I posted before that my period is really wacky now that I am off the pill. It comes still by 29-31 days, however, it is light & Browish/reddish for a day or two. Then I will bleed regularyly for one day...and that's it!
Short & weird since I have stopped BC.
Do I count the day I bleed regular as CD 1?

Re: Period / Cycle Question (TMI)
I would probably invest in a OPK kit.... it sounds like your cycle hasn't stabilized from coming off of the pill yet
after you get a smiley face, then you know what cycle day 1 was

Re: Period / Cycle Question (TMI)
I am so confused with the whole kit process. When do you start testing? After you finish your period?

I could have written this exact post. I have been off the pill since Oct. and have had 29 and then 31 day cycle and now im on CD35 and no AF. I was counting the fist day of red -day 1 but dont know if im doing it right.

well, each kit has suggested start dates. clearblue easy digital (the one I'm using) suggests a person with a 29 day cycle start POAS on day 12. (you go according to your shortest cycle length...) you keep POAS until you get a smiley face.
oh, in case you didn't already know, unlike pregnancy tests, you do NOT use your FMU.... you should test in test in the afternoon or early evening.

Thanks - I didn't know but I appreciate all of your education
