Period Related-- anyone get this and a question.
OK. I am on my first period post BCP. I got my period on Saturday. It's been pretty light, but steady-- although a little heavier since yesterday.
Anyway, I still have it and today, woke up with serious cramps. What gives-- I never get cramps this late into my period, nor do I usually get crazy cramps anyway. :(
Also, I noticed that on mymonthlycycles.com, when you track your period it gives you the option to track the color of the blood. Does anyone know the significance of this?

I ALWAYS get worse cramps later on my period all the time... I think the significance of the color of blood is that brown is considered old blood or spotting...not 100% sure though

Ever since I went off BCP, my symptoms during my period are a little wacky. I get cramps mid-AF too. Never happened before (at least that I can remember). I'm hoping it gets better
