permanent uv gel french in oceanside vicinity
I got them done at Capri and they did an AWFUL job, rushed and awful...any suggestions in the Oceanside vicinity!!

I go to Angel Tips, the best in the area I would say.....ask for Rose, she does mine.

Yes, they have UV french, regular and now colors too! They do the powder and then paint it on, not the premixed one that's like nail polish....that's too thin......
