Personal AF question....
Hi ladies, I was just wondering, did your AF change at all after the baby? For examply, I used to get it very heavy with bad, bad cramps for at least the first two days. Now, it's just as regular as before, but much lighter and I barely get cramps. I'm just hoping it stays this way! Wondering if anyone else had a change?

Re: Personal AF question....
I was on BCP for 5 years but before that I would get cramps, sore breasts, and I never knew when I was going to get it (I wasnt on a 28 day schedule but it also never really went past 34-35 days). Now I get it between every 28 & 30 days, no cramps no sore breasts but it still lasts just as long between 8 & 10 days.

Re: Personal AF question....
Yes! It use to be VERY heavy and I was doubling over in pain with cramps. After I had Julia I got it back 6 months later, and I didn't even know it, I had no symptoms at all. It lasted like that for a while, until now, I just got my period a few days ago, and OMG! The cramps where back, and it was very heavy, I was so not ready for it, my boobs where even sore. It su cks!

Re: Personal AF question....
Mine changed but I was told it had more to do with age to do with childbirth. My ob/gyn said every 7 years or so, your AF is supposed to change.

Re: Personal AF question....
Mine isn't as heavy. It's practically nonexistant now that I have the Mirena UID.
