personal record! UPDATE!
i ran for an hour straight today for the first time! i mapped it after and it was 5.6 miles! longest i have ever run!
thanks for letting me share with you girls :)
today i did 6.1 miles! i can't believe it! my new goal is to be able to maintain this for a while and work on my time. maybe then in the spring my new goal will be 10 miles.

thanks ladies....i've been running consistently again since april and then a few weeks ago decided to start following the hal higdon 10k training schedule just to see if i could do it. and its been going soooo well!
so i would love to do a 10k soon, i just don't know when and where?

So weird, I could have written this post, word for word , the same week!
I did the same distance, the same time, for the first time...AND... it was because I have been using Hal Higdons 10k plan too!
So, with experience I can say, GREAT job!
