personal trainer in the Northport area?
Hi can anyone recommend a personal trainer in the Northport area? Can you tell me about how much it is and do you have to belong to a gym? Thanks!

How are you - hoping all is well 
I have a trainer - LOVE HIM. But I belong to Gold's.....I think you get 4 sessions for $99. I would recommend him in a heartbeat - he's a bit of a chatty Cathy but he definitely works you.

My friend goes to the Training Zone in Elwood (across from Torcellos). I think she uses Claire or Claudia.
She loves it. It's expensive though.
