Personal Trainers
Does anyone have any suggestions on where to find one? I have recently given birth and I no longer a member of my gym but wanted to train with someone. Any suggestions? TIA

My trainer will train you out of your home with some simple equipment, bands, etc. She specializes in postnatal also. FM me if you would like her info!!

i work out with my personal trainer at in the zone personal fitness. its a private training studio with lots of new and expecting mothers.
