Personalized Birthday Fish sign and Need Ideas

So, the one on Oriental Trading is "out of stock"
I'm not spending $15 on a personalized banner for DS's 2nd b-day. I'm already spending a fortune on everything else.

FIgured if all else fails I'll just get the "Happy Birthday" sign and we got a ton of fish to put up as decorations outside around the deck

anyone else have other ideas?
we're doing light blue, dark blue and white balloons around along with some other decorations.

We're not hiring entertainment this year. We have the pool and some outside activities. There's going to be about 12 kids. Ages baby to 11, but most are around 2 - 5
Besides the pool, music and putting outside toys around in the yard is there anything else I need to entertain them?

What about doing water balloons. My kids are 3 and last year they had a blast with them. Maybe a bubble machine for the smaller kids.

I am assuming this is for a fish themed bday party?

What about some of those windup fish that they sell for the pool or bath.

For decorations maybe you can find fish netting to hang on a wall or over a fence and get plastic (thinking sandbox) starfish stuff etc to hang on it.
