pet insurance
I do! I have Petplan- I LOVE them!! :) I adopted our dog from north shore so she had 30 days free. I adjusted her plan to have a $200 deductible, 10k a year plan max and 100% reimbursement so her medical expenses are all reimbursed, less the $200 deductible. I'm glad we kept it. We found out a few months after adopting her she has a seizure disorder. We have been in the hospital a few times for seizures and what not. The year isn't up and she has already had about $5k in vet bills. Never once did I have to pick and choose tests or anything. I paid the $200 deductible and then everything else so far has been approved and reimbursed. You are always able to call 24/7 if you want to check on something being covered but we get our reimbursement checks within 2 weeks and never had an issue. They are so awesome. Her coat is $83 monthly and obviously it has paid for itself within one visit. Plan costs are variable depending on breed, age, deductible, reimbursement. No plans on ever cancelling. She needs the care. They even reimburse for her medication. I usually don't put in for it since it's like $10 a month but I could if I wanted to! Every year they are required to have a basic physical from the vet. They want to be sure you are keeping your dog in good health and providing the necessary care. I highly recommend them!!

I had pet plan, Nothing is 100% reimbursed like human insurance, If you paid $100 and the plan felt the charge should only be $80, you will be reimbursed a % of the $80.00, from my experience and I had it for yrs until she turned 9. When I had it you paid the vet in full and waited for the reimbursement.

Re: pet insurance
ASPCA insurance. A part of yr monthly premium goes back to help other animals. Love that!
