pet safe snow salt?
Any recommendations? I have horrible memories from last year of my dog sitting on the street crying because it hurt her paws to walk

I pet safe snow salt in Petco. I would still wash off the feet though.

We bought some from Target (make sure it's the jug that says pet-safe). We used it last year and our dog had no issues.
Dog paws also get very dry from the heat and walking around outside where salt landed from the road. When you bring your dog in, wipe their paws with a damp cloth and they also sell pet-safe lotion to help heal chapped paws.

i looked it up and it is for real. i didnt believe him but he is correct. of course ur feet get more dirty than when u use salt. but id rather see what i am tracking in than have no idea my dog and baby are rolling around the floor on ice melt salt.
