Link to story.

Unfortunately, I bought Boozer there, and have had to spend at least $10,000 on vet bills so far. I will be calling the Attorney General to file a claim.

That's great that the pet stores are starting to feel the repercussions of their actions!! Move it on down the line to the mills that supply them and get those bastards run out of business! Chat Icon

I hope so too. I also hope your baby is doing well now and not in any danger. How is the pup?Chat Icon

I am glad they are being held accountable! What a shame, darn those puppy stores. Chat Icon

He's doing fine now, just as a heart murmur...But he had a heart condition (pulmonic stenosis) and needed surgery.

Thanks for asking. Chat Icon

I'm glad we were the ones who bought him, b/c who knows, if anyone else ended up with him, if they would have had shelled out all that $ to help him. Not like we have alot of money, but we made it work.

I know what you mean. Exactly. Many people would not have saved the dog like you did, spending that kind of $ on surgery.

I bought my dog from a local breeder but he is a naughty pup. We always say we are so glad we chose him b/c alot of other people would have gotten rid of him. And the thought of him in a shelter drives me insane. So I know what you mean. You were meant to have him. That's how we feel.Chat Icon

I am very glad he is doing much better after the surgery.
