Peyton's First Day at Day Care
Today is Peyton's first day at day care. I'm a little on the sad side today. My first daughter, Delaney, didn't have to start day care until 7 months. I felt so guilty leaving her so young. I'm sure she'll be fine - we're more than thrilled on how much Delaney likes it but she's just so young. Just looking for some hugs from mom's who know what it's like.

Re: Peyton's First Day at Day Care
I know what it is like I was lucky that marissa was able to stay home with FH till a couple of months ago and she was 18 or 19 months when she started it was ahrd leaving her cuz she would cry and not want to stay and it made it harder on us to leave her but now she goes straight in and says bye mommy I give her a kiss and tell her I love you and see you l ater and she says it back to me tht makes me feel so much better that she loves it now.

Re: Peyton's First Day at Day Care
I know how you feel! My DD started at 4 months, and I cried from when I signed her up until after I dropped her off. She loves it, though, and gets so happy when she sees her 'teachers' and 'friends' every morning!
Before you know it it will be time to pick her up and you'll get a great big Mommy hug!!

Re: Peyton's First Day at Day Care
Thanks ladies. I called a little while ago and they said she's fine. I asked Delaney to go and visit her today. She (Delaney) was actually funny last night telling her (Peyton) all about the boys in her class. It was almost like she was a teenager telling her sister about all the cute boys in school. I'm so dead down the road with these two girls...boy crazy at 2 years old! LOL
