ph test??? for gender

on this other baby site they said intelligender is a ph test for ur urine

so if u have high alkaltine it turns high blue the stick its a boy with low ph

high ph with low alkatine (however u spell) means girl

well i tested last night and today on a pool testing stick and got low ph and how alkatine so im guessing im having a boy

anyone else do this?

wat do u think r the chances its right.

ok - i'm now admitting that i've peed on pH sticks. OK PEOPLE- I'VE PEED ON pH STICKS!!

Anyway, my point is this -
I peed on a pH stick once in the morning and got an alkaline reading. After eating and drinking all day, I tried again at night and got an acidic reading!

Your urine totally depends on what you eat/drink - I wouldn't put too much faith in the pH test. If it worked, wouldn't every Dr's office use that method?

doesnt the intelligender say you have to do it at a certain time during the day for that reason? im not sure, i havent broken down and ordered it yet!

Sorry to be a downer, but the ph of your urine has nothing to do with the sex of your baby. Intelligender is fun for entertainment and has a 50/50 chance of being right. It ranks right up there with the Chinese charts and the string tests -- and those are free, so I would stick with them.
