Phone interviews
I hate hate phone interviews.. I am never at my best and I just got one. I didn't even think school districts did this. Has anyone ever had one for teaching?

where they basic questions about your resume or more in depth in regards to lesson plans and classroom management?

I didn't have it yet. I don't know what they are going to ask... but I'm not looking forward to it. I do much much better in person.

I know what you are talking about. At least in person they can see your personality/facial expressions. Over the phone is much harder. Good luck!
