Photo contests asking for money = scam?
If a photo contest claims that they picked your childs picture to enter for the grand prize..but they want 20.00 to enter it, its a scam right?? Just wanted to make sure!

Nope no scam. I have paid that much for contests and Andrew has won a decent amount of money. And so much more.
I had my own contest and know almost all of them. If you want FM the name of it and I can tell you if it is a scam or not.

I wouldn't do it. If they're asking for money, I immediately think scam.

Nope they are not all scams. You just have to know which ones to stay away from. Andrew has recvd checks or money has been put into paypal for all the contests he has won.
