There is free program that is frequently mentioned on here that is used to edit photos. What is the name of it??

No.. its not Picasa, I *think* it is GIMP, not 100% sure though. I have Photoshop but I need alot of training on it.

They're both free, so download them both, and decide which one you were thinking of...
GIMP is a photoshop-like tool. Lots of functions and abilities. Picasa is a lot simpler. Easier to learn, but not as much ability. Different tools for slightly different purposes.
