Photoshop/christmas card help!
Ok...I have a free trial of photoshop elements, but I can't do anything with it! I have 2 pics that I like but am trying to make minor changes too. Can anyone help this computer challenged mom!

Here is my issue...in the 1st pic I hate the color of the couch he is sitting on. Is there a way to either change that color or change the pic to black and white and keep the santa hat in red
In the 2nd pic his poor little nose is so orange! It doesn't look like that in person! Is there a way to fix that?
