Photoshop classes
With the new baby almost here, I wanted to try to learn how to do photoshop so that I can make the baby's birth announcement. I have had people email me directions, but I still can't figure it out. Is there a class that I can take (I think I need to be taught, hands on) Thanks!

that would be fabulous, you are always so generous...Im sure my aunt would love to go too!!! Would we all need the same version of photoshop, or is it ok if they are different!!

Northport/Huntington area. Doesn't matter what version you have. Most versions have similar features - definitly similar to what you would need to make announcements/cards.
Keep in mind - I am self-taught so I don't really "know" photoshop but can do cards, etc.
How soon do you want this? I prefer mid-week 8pm ish so I can do the bedtime tuck.
ANYONE can come - on this site/off this site....sometimes I forget about offering this up off the parenting board.

oooh...i work right around FIT. Is it a college course (as in I'd have to be enrolled at FIT)? What was the focus on the course? Editing photos?? Graphic design?
Ok so we're on. We just need someone to put it together since all I really want to do is show up...lazy, lazy, lazy day today.

There is also a professional association- NAPP (national aassoc of photoshop professinoals) they do works shops every few months in NYC... i have learned a ton and they are taught by the photoshop experts...
