Physical Therapy
Im in PT now for my hurt Knee...I have Patellafemoral Pain Syndrome.
Well, I had no idea what PT was. It's like having a personal trainer for the lower half of my body. It's fantastic, I think after this, I will be running farther and faster 
However, I can't run for 3 more weeks  , so I will have to start off slow.
