Pick up the pace lol
Maybe I am the crazy one, but do you find yourself moving at a faster pace with your baby?
I try to have things as organized as I can ahead of time.
When I can, I try to heat his bottle up ahead of time to have it waiting for him. I also try to change his diaper as quickly as possible, as he is screaming at the top of his lungs
My husband on the other hand, is very lax. He moves like a friggin snail lol. I am like hello we have got to get this baby comfortable, put a move on it lol.
Is your DH like this?

I swear to you, I can change 10 diapers in the time it takes DH to change just one. Drives me crazy! I wonder if that was intentional, since now he only changes her diapers if I'm not around...
I remember yelling at him the first week after DD was born that things have changed and he couldn't spend all his time playing video games anymore.
