nothing really changed with the 3 bedrooms - just fresh white paint for the window trim & basebaords and new carpet. Here they are with tenant furniture.
This is another rental - 3BR 2.5 BA townhouse. Ignore the boxes - the prior owner was packing up to move at the time.
I like how they used the area at the top of the landing as a loft area for an office space I have no idea what the current tenants use it for
We added fresh paint. It' has a bit more contrast with off white walls and bright white trim. I think this looks a bit more modern than all white. Maybe the new wall color will be more beige

This one will be a huge project if the current tenants don't buy it. They have a lease option for 2009.
It's dated - especially the bathrooms and wood paneling. I will probably only change out the hardware in the kitchen and the wood paneling is definitely going to come down.
It's a corner lot that is one block off the main road. I love it's situated on the lot
