Pics of Crib converted to toddler bed
Within the next few weeks we will be making the conversion. For anyone who has the 3 and 1 cribs, please post pics of the toddler bed if you have any

I don't have any pics readily available, but it looks exactly like the crib, but without the front panel on it. It's a 3 sided crib, and you just replace the front panel with a cross-bar. The two sides and the back stay exactly the way they are now.

We never used guardrails. The mattress is only about 8-10 inches off the ground, and I think DC only fell out maybe once each. I'd rather them learn on the toddler bed how not to roll off, instead of on a full-size bed.
