Pics of my outdated, undecorated BA!
Just an FYI... My bathroom is VERY ugly. Here are a couple of pics of it. This is the bathroom I asked about a while back on which vanity I should get. Either a 36" or 30" sink/vanity. Right now it's 43". This is the hall/guest bathroom. I know I'm a pain about this, but I want to make the right decision since we'll be selling the house. I can't believe I'm still undecided! I don't want to make the decision based on my own needs. I thought pics would help. I also need decorating tips! Thanks everyone! Image Attachment(s):

If you are selling, I wouldn't put a lot of money into it. What I would do, if you don't replace the vanity is put on new hardware. Make sure that it matches the light fixture and plumbing. I would get a great shower curtain, hooks, 2 rugs- one by sink, one in front of tub. I would put away all personal items and I would hange an oversized metal mirror.

Can you sand & paint the vanity? I'd paint it a nice white (ETA: or whatever matches the sink/toilet) to go with the blue and the floor and replace the hardware. Like the above poster said, make sure all the hardware matches.
Take the soap dish off the wall too and make room for the above mentioned oversized mirror.

ITA, then I would take down the towel holder, paint it a newer color, and hang new towel holder. The white looks outdated.
